The Content Creation Department at Koxav Tribe is responsible for designing, animating, editing, and crafting high-quality visual and motion-based content for branding, marketing, sponsorships, esports events, and live broadcasts. Each position is remote, contract-based, and comes with competitive pay based on experience.

About the Role
Koxav Tribe is seeking a creative and versatile VFX Artist who can bring stories, tournaments, and emotional moments to life from scratch. You’ll be the visual brain behind our animated teasers, esports trailers, character-based stories, reel content, and special projects. We don’t just need an editor—we need someone who can create worlds out of words.
Responsibilities
- Animate full video concepts from just a script or voiceover (no raw footage available).
- Design and animate esports-focused trailers, teasers, and hype videos.
- Develop short-form content like TikTok reels, meme-based edits, motion reels with high retention flow.
- Create original 2D/3D visual assets, characters, transitions, overlays, and logo reveals.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, strategists, and audio teams to craft emotionally gripping scenes.
- Execute motion graphics for YouTube shows, including dynamic intros, lower-thirds, stat overlays, and branded transitions.
- Maintain Koxav Tribe bold, raw, and energetic brand identity in all visuals.
Skills Required:
- Mastery in After Effects, Blender, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong ability to visualize from scripts and produce story-driven animation.
- Experience in creating motion-based captions, overlays, and esports edits.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and pacing.
- Strong understanding of esports and gamer culture is a huge plus.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently or with a remote team.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in gaming, esports, animation studios, or content-driven media companies.
- Portfolio showing animated videos built from scratch, without raw gameplay footage.
- Experience crafting emotionally resonant content, story trailers, or sports hype reels.

About the Role
Koxav Tribe is seeking a Broadcast Producer to create custom streaming overlays, animated
elements, and real-time graphics for tournament live streams using OBS & Streamlabs.
Responsibilities
- Design streaming overlays, transitions, and live tournament elements
- Develop real-time animated graphics like scoreboards, nameplates, and alerts
- Ensure branding consistency in all tournament live-stream visuals.
Requirements
- Experience Level: Streaming/broadcast graphics experience required.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in OBS, Streamlabs, or similar broadcast tools
- Ability to design and integrate custom overlays with animated elements

About the Role
As an Esports Research Lead at Koxav Tribe , you’ll be the backbone of our content series across both YouTube and TikTok. You’ll gather, verify, and organize valuable information that powers our storytelling, podcasts, interviews, reels, and player-focused content. Your role bridges both platforms, helping our creative team craft insightful, relevant, and emotionally resonant videos that stand out in the esports space.
Responsibilities
- Research pro player backgrounds, rivalries, match stats, and career arcs for TikTok narrative reels and YouTube interviews
- Monitor forums, Discord servers, Reddit threads, esports portals, and YouTube interviews for untold stories and viral-worthy info
- Identify emotional or dramatic moments in a player or team’s journey for TikTok hooks
- Assist the YouTube scripting team by compiling rapid bios, timeline events, and highlight-worthy info for each guest
- Stay updated on the latest news in esports (especially PUBG Mobile, Valorant, and more)
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with esports (South Asia + Global)
- Research and summarization skills
- Optional but helpful: experience using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Reddit, and Esports Wiki platforms
- Must be Fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus)
About the Role
As a TikTok Narrative Writer at Koxav Tribe , you’ll craft emotionally compelling scripts for our short-form video series. You’ll work closely with researchers, video editors, and strategists to turn raw player stories into 60–90 second masterpieces that hit hard, loop well, and connect with viewers.
Responsibilities
- Write Reels-length scripts based on research provided to you
- Turn facts and timelines into gripping emotional arcs with strong hooks and satisfying payoffs
- Build stories around themes of underdog redemption, betrayal, loyalty, or legendary moments
- Add captions, timings, and call-to-actions optimized for short-form performance
Requirements
- Strong command of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional tone
- Ability to write quickly and creatively for Gen Z attention spans
- Deep understanding of TikTok formats, caption behavior, and what makes content viral
- Optional: experience writing for esports, anime, sports, or cinematic reels
- Must be Fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus)
