About the Role
TBES is looking for skilled TBE Representatives to identify, approach, and secure
sponsorships, brand partnerships, and investment opportunities. This role requires a high-level
negotiator who can strategically convince businesses, investors, and brands to partner with
TBES. You will be responsible for researching potential sponsors, crafting sponsorship
proposals, conducting negotiations, and bringing deals to the Final approval stage.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential sponsors, investors, and brand partners that align with TBES.
- Approach companies, brands, and investors to present sponsorship opportunities and negotiate deals.
- Develop custom sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to each potential partner
- Conduct thorough market research to adapt TBES sponsorship strategies to brand needs.
- Handle all communication and negotiations leading up to Final approval.
- Maintain strong relationships with sponsors to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Ensure all sponsorship agreements comply with gaming and esports guidelines.
- Travel as needed to meet sponsors in person (travel expenses covered).
Requirements
- Experience Level: Open to both experienced professionals and trained newcomers. Strong preference for candidates with sponsorship sales, negotiation, or business development experience.
Skills Required
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills (must be able to convince and close deals)
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and corporate partnerships.
- Ability to identify and secure high-value sponsorships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Transportation Requirement
- Must have reliable transportation for in-person meetings with sponsors (travel costs will be reimbursed).
- Work Environment: Remote, with a Flexible work schedule depending on sponsorship opportunities.
